Your Guarantee

Noveua products have a 10 year guarantee that covers all manufacturing defects.

All Noveua chrome taps, showers and shower valves have a 3 year guarantee on the finish. Servicable parts such as diverters, cartridges, hoses, handsets, headsets and products with finishes other than chrome have a 2 year guarantee.

Your guarantee requires the product to be used in the manner for which it was intended. The item must be installed by a professional and maintained in accordance with the fitting instructions and local water bylaws.

The guarantee does not cover damages caused during fitting or misuse of the product.

The guarantee is valid from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchasers of the product and is none transferable.

Please ensure you retain your proof of purchase (invoice) as this will be required to process any warranty claims.

Aftercare

Extra care must be taken during installation to avoid damage to the finish or product.

Please ensure your product is cleaned regularly with a soft, clean cloth. Do not use abrasive or acidic cleaners, organic solvents, sponges or scouring agents as they may cause surface deterioration.
