Order Processing Cut off
Our order processing cut off is 12.30pm. If you order before 12.30pm please allow the number of working days specified on the product page or chosen delivery service including the day that you ordered for delivery. If you order after 12.30pm then please allow the number of working days specified on the product page or chosen delivery service starting from the following working day for delivery. In some circumstances we can still process an order after 12.30pm. If you require an item urgently please call us to confirm stock availability.
Please Note: Although our contact centre is open on Saturday, this is not counted as a working day for order processing purposes.
Small Products - Usually sent via myHermes. Higher value items are sent via DPD parcel carrier.
Medium Products - Usually sent via DPD parcel carrier.
Large Products - Usually sent via DPD parcel carrier. These items are more expensive to send due to size or weight.
Oversized Products - These items are usually sent with our own delivery team and are sometimes sent on a pallet.
Bulky Products - These items are sent via a specialised courier and are sometimes sent on a pallet. Due to the nature of these products they are the most expensive to deliver.
If you require delivery within the local West Midlands area, we use our own delivery team so that we can complete your order personally.
Delivery Time estimates are provided on each product page just below the Product Code and Product Stock Levels but the actual delivery time could vary depending on the service chosen at the checkout. For example an item may be available within 2 – 3 working days, however if you then select a 5 – 7 working day service at the checkout the delivery will be within 5 – 7 working days.
The “Delivery Information” tab on the product pages has information on the delivery services available and the cost for that product. To calculate your delivery charge for a complete order, simply add your items to your basket then go to the basket page by using the “Your Basket” link at the top right hand side of the page. Click on “Estimate Shipping” on the right hand side and enter your postcode into the box provided. The delivery options will automatically appear below. Select the option required to update your basket total to include your chosen delivery service.
