Easter Bank Holiday Opening Hours

Our business is closed on Good Friday (Friday 29th March) and Easter Monday (Monday 1st April).

There will be no delivery or click and collect services available on these dates. Please exclude the bank holiday dates from all delivery timescales specified online. 

Our trade counter is open on Saturday 30th March between 8am-1pm and our internet sales office is open between 9am-12pm. Any orders placed or queries received over that weekend, will be processed and responded to on Tuesday 2nd April when we return.

For all deliveries, please ensure your personal details are correct at the time of your order. Preferably, a mobile number is provided. In the result of us being unable to reach you, this may incur a delay in delivery and may be subject to re-delivery charges. For further information on important things to note, please see further down the page.

How much does delivery cost?

The cost of delivery depends on the size and weight of the items you’re looking to purchase and where these are being delivered to. To calculate the delivery cost for your full order, add all items to the basket and then use the “Estimate Delivery” section on the right hand side where your post code can be entered.
Please note: Due to the height or weight of certain items, a set delivery charge will apply regardless of where the item is being delivered to. For example, boilers are classed as an oversized and heavy item so a delivery charge will always apply to ensure we cover the cost of safe transportation. Delivery Zones


For oversized items, such as shower doors and shower trays, the cost of delivery will depend on the location. If you require delivery within delivery zone 1 then we use our own delivery team so that we can complete your order personally. We offer a free standard delivery service for orders over £299 within zone 1. For areas in Zone 2, delivery can be arranged via a trusted 3rd party which is reflected in the rates for this zone. Yellow areas in zone 3 are not covered by our own transport and require a 3rd party courier. We try and subsidise carriage charges where possible, however in some instances deliveries in this zone may be subject to an additional charge. If this is the case, we will contact you once processed to discuss your options.  Red zones are undeliverable areas. Unfortunately due to difficulties delivering items to some offshore destinations, we have had to take the difficult decision to no longer deliver to these areas. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery Time estimates are provided on each product page just below the Product Code and Product Stock Levels but the actual delivery time depends on the service chosen at the checkout.

We offer a standard 5-7 working days service or an express service of 2-4 working days delivery on 1000s of our items. For select items that have a longer lead time, this will be displayed on the product page.

Separate Express Direct Deliveries
For select items, we can offer an express direct delivery option that will be fulfilled by our supplier. The surcharge for each applicable product will be displayed at the basket as an option to purchase. If you do not require this product urgently, then it can be ordered for a grouped delivery/longer delivery time which comes at no additional cost to the standard delivery option.
Important: This service is not available for all products and will be clearly displayed at the basket page if applicable to your order. For every express direct delivery option you choose, the charges will stack.
We aim to be as transparent as possible with our delivery estimates, but should there be any issues after your order is placed we will be in contact.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, we do offer a collection service from our Trade Counter in Rowley Regis. For more details please see our Click and Collect Service page.

Pre-Order Items

For items not in stock with ourselves or our supplier, the product page will give you the opportunity to pre-order the item. This information is noted on the product page and at the basket. Once the order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm that you are happy to wait for the item to come into stock. Until we have received your confirmation to proceed with the order, the order will NOT be placed. 

Please note: We are unable to offer this service on all products due to not having access to certain supplier’s stock feeds. If a product does not state a date but advises the product has low availability, please call to check stock levels.  

Things to note

We send regular delivery updates. Please ensure a mobile number and valid email address is entered when placing the order so these updates can be received.
Delivery is kerbside only as drivers are not insured to enter your property (this includes stairs insides flats). Please make sure assistance is arranged to help the driver unload, especially with pallet deliveries.
Re-delivery charges will apply if we have agreed a delivery date with you and then you are not available to accept the delivery.
Thoroughly inspect the goods on arrival to check they are correct and have no damage. If noticeable damage is found, please sign for the delivery as damaged and contact our sales office on 0121 508 9987.
