Bank Holiday Closure
Both our trade counter and internet sales office will be closed on Friday 8th May to honour the 75th anniversary of VE Day. Any orders placed after the 12.30pm cut off on Thursday, will not be processed until the following Monday. Please bare this in mind and allow the additional few days when calculating your expected delivery timescale. Our trade counter and internet sales office will be open on Saturday 9th May to provide a service for our essential workers, between our usual working hours of 8am-1pm.
Order Processing Cut off
To ensure we have maximum opportunity to process your order efficiently our order cut off time is 12:30pm. If your order is received before 12:30pm, please allow the number of working days specified on the product page or chosen delivery service including the day that you ordered for delivery. If you order after 12:30pm, then please allow the number of working days specified on the product page or chosen delivery service starting from the following working day for delivery. If you do require an order urgently, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your options.
Please Note: Our contact centre is now open on a Saturday between 8:00am - 1:00pm for customer enquiries, any orders taken will be processed on the following working day.
Very Small Products - Usually sent via Royal Mail. Higher value items are sent via myHermes.
Small Products - Usually sent via myHermes. Higher value items are sent via parcel carrier.
Medium Products - Usually sent via a parcel carrier.
Large Products - Usually sent via a parcel carrier. These items are more expensive to send due to size or weight.
Oversized Products - These items are usually sent with our own delivery team where possible and are sometimes sent on a pallet.
Bulky Products - These items are sent via a specialised courier and are sometimes sent on a pallet. Due to the nature of these products they are the most expensive to deliver.
Special Delivery Types - Some of our product have specialised delivery methods. More information can be found on the "Delivery Information" tab on the product.
Delivery Time estimates are provided on each product page just below the Product Code and Product Stock Levels but the actual delivery time could vary depending on the service chosen at the checkout. For example an item may be available within 2 – 3 working days, however if you then select a 5 – 7 working day service at the checkout, then the delivery will be within 5 – 7 working days.
The “Delivery Information” tab on the product pages has information on the delivery services available and the cost for that product. To calculate your delivery charge for a complete order, simply add your items to your basket and then go to the basket page by using the “Your Basket” link at the top right hand side of the page. Click on “Estimate Delivery” on the right hand side and enter your postcode into the box provided. The delivery options will automatically appear below. Select the option required to update your basket total to include your chosen delivery service.
For oversized items, such as shower doors and shower trays, the cost of delivery will depend on the location. If you require delivery within delivery zones 1 or 2 then we use our own delivery team so that we can complete your order personally. We offer a free standard delivery service for orders over £299. For Zones 3 - 7, delivery can be arranged for an additional charge. This can be calculated on the basket page once you have selected your items.
