    Delivery Information

    Please double-check that your contact details, especially a mobile number, are correct before placing your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, this could hold up your delivery and may lead to additional charges for a second delivery attempt. For most deliveries, you will be given a delivery timeslot or contacted on the day with an estimated arrival time. Please ensure your mobile number is correct for SMS or call notifications. You will find more key delivery points further down this page.

    How much does delivery cost?

    The cost of delivery depends on the size and weight of the items you’re looking to purchase and where these are being delivered to. To calculate the delivery cost for your full order, add all items to the basket and then use the “Estimate Delivery” section on the right hand side where your postcode can be entered.

    Please note: Due to the height or weight of certain items, a set delivery charge will apply regardless of where the item is being delivered to. For example, boilers are classed as oversized and heavy items so a delivery charge will always apply to ensure we cover the cost of safe transportation.     Delivery Zones

    We have improved our service and are now offering available products based on your delivery location.* We use our own fleet of vehicles to deliver to a large area of the UK; however, pallet couriers are required for further away areas which are subject to a higher delivery charge.

    Due to the nature of selected products, there are restrictions on third party couriers and therefore cannot be delivered via pallet courier. By entering your postcode on the “Enter Your Postcode” pop-up, you will only see products that are available for delivery to your chosen delivery area.

    If you miss this pop-up, you do get a further warning on the basket page advising your chosen product is not available for delivery in your area with a list of alternative options suggested below.

    We try and subsidise carriage charges where possible, however, in some instances, deliveries in this zone may be subject to an additional charge. If this is the case, we will contact you once processed to discuss your options.

    Red zones are undeliverable areas. Regrettably, we no longer ship to certain offshore locations due to ongoing logistical challenges. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

    We do not deliver to Northern Ireland.

    *This is an ongoing process, and more products will be added as and when we become aware of zone restrictions.

    How long does delivery take?

    Delivery Time estimates are provided on each product page just below the Product Code and Product Stock Levels, but the actual delivery time depends on the service chosen at the checkout.

    We offer a standard 5-7 working days service or an express service of 2-4 working days delivery on 1000s of our items. For select items that have a longer lead time, this will be displayed on the product page.

    Separate Express Direct Deliveries

    For select items, we can offer an express direct delivery option that will be fulfilled by our supplier. The surcharge for each applicable product will be displayed at the basket as an option to purchase. If you do not require this product urgently, then it can be ordered for a grouped delivery/longer delivery time which comes at no additional cost to the standard delivery option.

    Important: This service is not available for all products and will be clearly displayed at the basket page if applicable to your order. For every express direct delivery option you choose, the charges will stack.

    We aim to be as transparent as possible with our delivery estimates, but should there be any issues after your order is placed, we will be in contact.

    Can I collect my order?

    Yes, we do offer a collection service from our Trade Counter in our Rowley Regis bathroom showroom. For more details, please see our Click and Collect Service page.

    Is next day delivery available?

    Yes, next day delivery is available on certain product ranges, check out our next day related delivery pages. These provide details of products, which can be delivered on the day after your order is placed:

    1) Next day delivery of shower trays

    2) Next day delivery of shower enclosures

    3) Next day delivery of shower enclosure tray packages

    4) Next day delivery of bathroom furniture

    5) Next day delivery of baths

    Pre-Order Items

    For items not in stock with ourselves or our supplier, the product page will give you the opportunity to pre-order the item. This information is noted on the product page in the basket. Once the order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm that you are happy to wait for the item to come into stock. Until we have received your confirmation to proceed with the order, the order will NOT be placed.

    Please note: We are unable to offer this service on all products due to not having access to certain supplier’s stock feeds. If a product does not state a date but advises the product has low availability, please call to check stock levels.

    Things to note

    We send regular delivery updates. This includes the ability to track your order, refer to our “Track My Delivery page”, for further information. Please ensure a mobile number (for SMS messaging) and valid email address are entered when placing the order so these updates can be received.


    All deliveries are made to the kerbside only, as our drivers are not covered to enter private premises or internal stairways. Please ensure someone is available to help with unloading, particularly for larger items delivered on pallets.


    Access restrictions - it is essential that access to the front of the property is clear and suitable for large delivery vehicles. Narrow roads, steep driveways, low bridges, or tight corners may prevent successful delivery. If there are any access restrictions near your property, such as local roadworks, or narrow lanes, please inform us in advance so we can advise accordingly.


    If a delivery date has been arranged and you are unavailable to receive it, redelivery fees will apply. This includes situations such as no one being home, restricted access preventing unloading, or refusal to accept the goods without a valid reason.     Thoroughly inspect the goods on arrival to check they are correct and have no damage. If noticeable damage is found, please sign for the delivery as damaged and contact our sales office on 0121 508 9987.
