    Click and Collect Service

    Our Click and Collect service is designed to be quick, convenient and flexible, giving you control over how and when you collect your items. Many of our products are available for same-day pickup, with confirmation sent once your order is ready. Whether paying online or in store, our team ensures the process is simple, secure and hassle-free.

    Collections

    We stock a large range of the products we list online so many of our products are available for collection within the next working hour.

    If the goods you have selected need to be ordered from a supplier or transferred from a holding warehouse, then we will inform you of this via phone call and advise immediate collection will not be available.

    Once your order has been picked and is ready for collection, our team will call/text you with a collection number. Only orders with a collection number will be available for collection. Please do not travel to our store without your collection number being confirmed.

    Collection Date and Time

    We give the opportunity to choose a collection slot during the checkout process. If for any reason your order won't be available to collect by the date and time provided, we will contact you. If you do not provide a collection date at the checkout we will contact you to confirm a collection date. Please do not come to collect without confirmation the goods are ready. Please double-check your contact details are correct.

    Payment

    We offer the opportunity to pay for your click and collect order during the checkout process using a debit/credit card or PayPal. Alternatively, you can choose to Pay on Collection via cash or debit/credit card. If the items on your order need to be ordered from a supplier, then we will require payment in full prior to ordering the items from the supplier for you. Please note, that 25% of the payment will be used as a non-refundable deposit, whereby if the order is cancelled or you wish to return the items, then this amount will be deducted from your refund. By paying for these items, you are accepting the terms and conditions of the sale.

    Collection Terms on Boilers

    Orders can be placed online for boiler collections. Payment will be taken upon purchase on the website to process the order, however, this payment will be refunded back to the original payment method which can take up to 7-10 working days. The customer is then required to pay in full on collection (this is for security reasons which covers both you as the customer and us), using a card that matches the name on the order. A valid form of ID such as a full driving licence or passport will also need to be shown on collection for security checks. Boilers can be purchased for delivery as the normal delivery terms.

    What to bring with you when you collect

    When you collect, please bring your order number. Other items may be needed depending on how you have paid for your order:

    Payment by Credit/Debit card prior to collection: Please bring the card that you used to pay. We will ask you to show us the card on collection for security.

    Payment by PayPal prior to collection: Please bring ID (Driving license or Passport) that matches the name on the PayPal account used to pay. We will ask for this matching ID for security.

    Payment on collection: Please bring payment for your order.

    Trade account customers: Can of course also benefit from our Click and Collect service. Naturally, you may already be known to our staff, but generally, you will need to bring your trade account number and details along with your order number when collecting. We will only be allowed to release goods to account holders in good credit standing, who are within their credit limit after the cost of the latest goods are added to the account.
