The Eternia furniture collection features a revolutionary range of waterproof vanity units, mirrored cabinets, tall units, toilet units and bath panels. Manufactured from solid 18mm PVC board, providing superior durability.
Bathroom furniture is traditionally made from MDF board. Although MDF units are sealed as part of the manufacturing process, over time they can become susceptible to moisture absorption. This can cause MDF based furniture to “blow” and crack. Once MDF furniture has blown it cannot be repaired and will ruin the look of your bathroom. Bathrooms are naturally high in moisture after using the bath or shower and this will negatively impact the lifespan of MDF furniture. On the other hand Eternia waterproof bathroom furniture is made from PVC board, which offers a very similar finish and the same rigidity as MDF but is non-porous and will remain fully waterproof throughout its life.
