The Copper boat bath is made in the traditional hand crafted manner used for
centuries, and therefore there will be gentle undulations and some colour variation in the finish so every bath is unique to you. Copper Baths are excellent heat conductors and will maintain the water temperature much longer than Cast Iron versions. Even after the bath has been emptied it will remain warm to the touch. Copper baths need to be regularly maintained and waxed every few weeks to maintain a shiny, untarnished finish.  All dimensions are approximate due to manufacturing tolerances. The Boat Bath does not have an overflow. Overflows can be drilled on site and fitted with an exposed waste. Waste supplied separately.

We know and love classic Designs and materials but also appreciate the value of modern techniques. Each traditional acrylic roll top bath reproduction is crafted with the original in mind but in modern materials for comfort and ease of installation. 

Important: Bc Designs Copper baths have a hand polished finish, so there
will be undulations and imperfections in the surface. This is part of the character of the baths and should be expected before ordering. The copper will start to age over time and gain its own particular patina. Cleaning should only be done with a very mild soap solution and a soft cloth. De-scaling liquids such as Cillit Bang, Viakal etc. should never be used.
