Product Warranty
Your Guarantee
To help ensure the satisfaction of our customers we only supply products that come with a minimum of 12 months warranty, but many come with much longer.
Product warranty / guarantee information for a product will usually be on the product page, but if you require clarification, just let us know.
For the majority of the products that we supply, the product warranty / guarantee is provided directly by the manufacturer, and you can liaise with them directly if you have an issue with one of their products within the guarantee period. One exception is the “Aqua-I” product lines, for which we will deal with any warranty issues on your behalf.
If you have trouble finding contact details for a specific manufacturer, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we can provide these to you.
If you have any problems dealing with the manufacturer directly in relation to a product you have purchased from us, then please contact us and we will assist as much as possible.
Please ensure you retain your proof of purchase (invoice) as this will be required to process any warranty claims.
Please note all warranties are provided in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and all manufacturers reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim if the instructions have not been followed correctly or if the product has been subjected to misuse.
