Missing an item from a delivery
If you are missing an item from your delivery, check your delivery confirmation email as we sometimes send orders on separate deliveries from different dispatch locations. If you don’t have any information on separate deliveries please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist in locating your missing goods.
Missing a part from a product
If you are missing a part from within a product you have ordered then in the first instance we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly. We don’t keep spare parts in stock whereas the manufacturer will have the spare parts readily available and in most cases they will send the part straight to your address and quickly resolve the issue directly with you.
If you are unsure which manufacturer to contact, need contact details or a have a problem dealing with the manufacturer directly then please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.
The only exception is the “Aqua-I” product lines, which we keep spare parts for and will deal with any missing parts queries with you ourselves.
