An inset sink sits on top of the worktop and can be installed in any material, including laminate. This inset sink will often have a drainer integrated for ease and durable functionality.  The tap is usually mounted on the sink and often these designs have two tap holes, so they are reversible, meaning the drainer can be positioned either left or right.
